Dana Beuhler is a Louisiana native who earned her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2005. Shortly after, she returned to New Orleans and began working as a painter, sculptor, and multimedia artist in the Mardi Gras float-building industry. In 2009 she began her motion picture career in sculpture and scenic artistry, which has been her main pursuit in recent years. Her set construction portfolio includes everything from detailed murals to large scale sculptures for episodic television and major motion pictures. She recently set up her home studio, and continues her work in film, Mardi Gras, and various creative pursuits.
